Please keep in mind that all items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached. Once we receive your returned item(s), your refund will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase. While we can't refund original shipping fees, we promise to make the return process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Here are the steps for initiating a return:
1. Contact our customer support team via email or phone. Our team will ask for your order number and reason for the return.
2. If your return is eligible, our team will provide you with a return address and any additional instructions.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with it.
4. For International customers: Ship the package to the provided return address using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the product arrives safely.
5. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. If you requested a replacement product, we will ship it to you as soon as possible.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a one-time free exchange per piece, excluding items purchased during sale events. That means you can swap out that shirt or hoodie for a different size or color, if for some reason the one you bought it did not fit.
Please note that if the size or color you want to exchange is no longer in stock, we can offer a refund instead. And to make sure we can process your exchange quickly and efficiently, be sure to have your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation handy when you reach out to us.
Sale and Promotion Policy
First off, when you take advantage of one of our awesome sales or promotions, please note that items purchased during these events are final sale. That means we can't accept exchanges for any products that are part of the sale.
In addition, any samples or freebies that you receive as part of a promotion or sale are also not eligible for exchange. We hope you understand that this policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to offer great deals and freebies to our customers.
Of course, if there's a problem with a product that you've received during a sale or promotion, such as a damaged or defective item, we're more than happy to help you out. Just get in touch with our customer support team and we'll do our best to make things right.

After our support team confirms that we have processed your refund, please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your original method of payment. This time frame is a standard banking practice and may vary depending on your financial institution. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
- Partial Refund
At Aetos Apparel, we take our responsibility to deliver your orders seriously. If you decide to refuse or fail to pick up an order held by the courier, we cannot guarantee that it will be returned to our warehouses. As a result, we are unable to provide a full refund for such orders. Instead, we have a 20% restocking fee, plus return shipping costs, which does not include the original shipping fees or duties.
